If a personalised or custom item arrives faulty, damaged, materially different from what was described, or incorrect due to our mistake, we’ll step in and make it right.

Please double‑check your delivery details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is delivered there or goes missing, we’re unable to refund or replace the order.
