BETTER FROM NOW program
If you cancel before the program starts, your payment will be refunded less an administration fee equal to the payment processing cost incurred for your purchase. This deduction applies only to change-of-mind cancellations and does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
The program starts on your confirmed start date, when your Week One email and materials are made available.
After the program starts, change-of-mind refunds are not normally offered. If unexpected circumstances make participation difficult, contact me so we can discuss the options.
If I cancel the program before it starts, you’ll receive a full refund without an administration fee.

Printables and digital downloads
Once your download link is available, change-of-mind refunds are not offered.
If your link is missing, your file won’t open or something isn’t right with your purchase, contact me so I can help.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a refund or another remedy if a product or service is faulty, not supplied or significantly different from its description. Administration fees do not apply to refunds required under Australian Consumer Law.
Requesting a refund or reporting a problem
Email betterfromnow8@gmail.com with your name, purchase details and a brief explanation.
Approved refunds will be returned through your original payment method where possible. I’ll confirm when your refund has been processed; the time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider and bank.
