No Take‑Backs on Digital Magic

Once your payment is confirmed, your digital goodies are available to download.

​

Because digital files can be saved, copied and accessed immediately, we don’t offer change‑of‑mind refunds on downloadable products.

​

But, and this part matters, if your file is faulty, corrupted, incomplete or not what was described, we’ll step in and help resolve it.

​

If we can’t resolve the problem, we’ll provide a refund or another remedy as required under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

When Something’s Not Quite Right

If your download link isn’t working, the file won’t open or the content is incorrect, just reach out.

• your order number

• a quick description of the issue

We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and help you access a working version of your digital item.

Your 30‑Day Download Window

​

Your download link remains active for 30 days. Download and save your files to your device during that time so you can keep using them afterwards.
